1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlking ("jlking," "we," "us," or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jlking.club. These Terms govern all access to and use of the jlking platform, including but not limited to account registration, gaming, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, customer support interactions, and any other services provided by jlking.

Your use of the jlking platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms are effective from the date of your account registration and remain in force for the duration of your membership. jlking reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

The jlking platform is strictly available to persons who are 21 years of age or older, consistent with Philippine law governing casino-category gaming as authorized by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Registration by or on behalf of any person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of Philippine law and these Terms.

2.2 Jurisdiction

The jlking platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted are not eligible to register or use the jlking platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of jlking is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain a jlking account:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of jlking and its affiliated companies;
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from jlking or from gaming under PAGCOR's exclusion programs;
• Persons who have been involuntarily excluded by jlking for prior Terms violations;
• Persons residing in jurisdictions where use of the platform is unlawful.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain one (1) jlking account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jlking employs technical and manual procedures to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 KYC Verification

jlking is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. Verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (acceptable forms include PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, Passport, SSS ID, or GSIS ID). Account features may be limited until verification is completed. jlking reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlking login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your jlking account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you, whether or not you specifically authorized that activity.

jlking strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify jlking support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jlking will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your login credentials.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jlking accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlking does not accept deposits from payment methods not in your name.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction, subject to variation by payment method. jlking does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and Maya typically credit to your jlking wallet within 60 seconds. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to 24 hours to process depending on your bank's transfer schedule. jlking is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Verification Requirement

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to verified accounts. KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. jlking reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

6.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 banking days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or pending verification.

6.3 Withdrawal to Own Account

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account in your own name that matches your verified jlking account name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

6.4 Wagering of Deposits

jlking reserves the right to require that deposited funds be wagered at least once prior to withdrawal, subject to account review and applicable bonus terms. This requirement does not apply to withdrawal of verified winnings from completed wagers.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

jlking offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry dates, which are published at the time of each offer. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or payment method unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with stated requirements before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings;
• jlking reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus at any time and to void bonus winnings where abuse is suspected;
• Promotional offers are not transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are met;
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.

8. Gaming Rules

All games on the jlking platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of the game in question. jlking uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for non-live games and regulated live dealer studios for live casino games. All game outcomes are independently certified as fair.

In the event of a game malfunction, interrupted connection, or technical error, jlking reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the applicable wager. jlking's decision in respect of disputed game outcomes is final, subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlking platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any jlking game or service;
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities — any such errors must be reported to jlking support immediately;
• Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes of legitimate transactions with your payment provider;
• Money laundering, or use of the jlking platform to disguise the origin of unlawfully obtained funds;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the jlking platform or its underlying systems;
• Registration by or gaming on behalf of excluded persons, minors, or persons acting as nominee for another.

Violations of this section will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jlking platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and text — is the exclusive property of jlking or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of jlking content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jlking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jlking platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming winnings due to technical errors, internet connectivity failures, or platform downtime caused by circumstances beyond jlking's reasonable control.

jlking's total liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Responsible Gaming

jlking is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from every account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your jlking account;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders for extended gaming sessions;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the jlking platform for a defined period or permanently;
• Reality Check: Receive periodic notifications of your session duration and net gaming activity;
• Account Cooling-Off: Temporarily suspend your account for periods between 24 hours and 6 months.

13. Account Termination

jlking reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; (d) account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or (e) a request by a regulatory authority.

Upon termination for cause, jlking reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where applicable under PAGCOR regulations, any real-money balances associated with prohibited activity. Verified real-money balances not associated with prohibited activity will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method following completion of any applicable investigation period.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jlking support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

14. Disputes

Any dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account decision must be submitted to jlking support in writing within 30 days of the disputed event. jlking will investigate and respond to all valid dispute submissions within 14 business days. jlking's decision in respect of any dispute is final and binding, subject to escalation to PAGCOR as described below.

If you are unsatisfied with jlking's resolution of a dispute, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player complaint process. jlking fully cooperates with all PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures and accepts PAGCOR's determination as binding in all regulatory matters.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and all matters relating to your use of the jlking platform are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines and the regulatory authority of PAGCOR.

16. Amendments to These Terms

jlking reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on record and/or prominent notice on the jlking platform. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified. Continued use of the jlking platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
