11. Children's Privacy

Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all personal data associated with that account will be deleted following the required legal investigation period. If you believe a minor has registered on jlking, please contact our support team immediately.
12. Third-Party Services
The jlking platform integrates with third-party services including payment processors (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), game technology providers, and identity verification services. When you interact with these services through jlking, your data may be processed by those third parties under their own privacy policies, which govern their respective processing activities. jlking is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party providers beyond the contractual data processing obligations we impose upon them.
